Senior School:
Deliberate Intention
An exploration of the areas where students can make positive steps towards achieving their goals.
Best Day Thinking (BDT)
A mental strategy that Mark has used to improve the performance of international athletes. This strategy is easy to understand and is designed to help students stay fully focussed during times of stress.
Mid Year Motivation
Mark offers a series of strategies to refresh and refocus. This includes resetting targets, developing an awareness of one's own limitations and utilising resources more effectively.
Middle School:
Equipped For Life
This is a holistic sesion which offers fundamental knowledge essential for personal growth. This covers how young people's opinions of themselves are established and how they can achieve growth outside of these limitations. This session positively impacts students' self esteem and their ability to embrace opportunities.
Culture Shock
This session takes a look at the social rules students create for themselves and their peer groups. It is designed to inspire students to lead each other towards fulfilling their goals.
The Mature Male & The Mature Female
A session which defines the characteristics of what it means to be a mature person and offers students a positive vision of personal success.

- Tony Clark, Leongatha Secondary College
"Mark has presented this 'Boys to Men' talk to a number of student groups for me over the years and never fails to engage the boys and get the messages across, while keeping them amused and entertained...
"Students were very positive about Mark's presentation both in terms of the actual content/messages and entertainment factor. Staff also really enjoyed the presentation and were impressed with the underlying information/messages to the students re 'Being a Man'."
-Debbie Sojka, Glen Waverley Secondary College.
"Please clone Dobbo
so that we could each take one home."
- Craig Moore, University of Ballarat
"I came here as a
chance to escape work and the pressure of having
to study. Yet you have practically changed my
life. From everything I learnt from you I am going
in so many new directions. I used to use excuses
to excuse a lot of my behaviour but now I feel
more responsible for me and it has empowered me.
Given the chance, I would tell everyone at school
to come on this program."
- Sarah, Year 12, Camp Aspire Participant
"Energetic, inspirational
and empowering. He is an outstanding resource
for group activities with adolescents, has excellent
communication skills both with young people and
adults and as an extensive knowledge
of leadership."
- Danielle Forer, Social Worker, Centre for
Adolescent Health
"Mark provided our
staff with some great ideas and strategies for
dealing with young people. Judging by the number
of staff who wanted to talk to him after the session,
all staff were very happy with the session."
- Ross Digby, Holmesglen Institute of TAFE.
