Choices CD

CHOICES: A CD for parents and secondary Students is a tool to help students and parents in the last few years of secondary school when they have so many choices to make.

CHOICES workshops are best attended as joint session by parents AND students. John helps everyone understand their roles and responsibilities during the tricky final years of school, and gives both parents and their children the freedom to enjoy family life as well as working towards achieving the best outcomes possible.

This CD can then be taken home to re-enforce our approach to thinking about the future and post-secondary options that are available.

Help your son or daughter to make the most of themselves. Ideal for Year 10-12 students.

Back on Track CDWork Life Balance is something we all strive for, but somehow find so elusive!

This workshop helps you to re-focus on what’s important to you and how you can achieve a clearer understanding of how to get there without compromising your integrity or career on the way.

John’s relaxation technique brings this workshop to an extremely calm conclusion, and you will go home, not only in a better space, but also with some new tools to help you to achieve your goals.

Back On Track is a 2 CD ‘take-home pack’ created by John and other Australian psychologists to help you to maintain your focus and calm long after your workshop is over.

Parenting Effectiveness Scan

Parenting Effectiveness Scan

The PES has been developed by Psychology Management Services in conjunction with John to help parents to understand the various parenting techniques we use. After completing a simple questionnaire we work through how each one of the techniques, when used effectively, can help us to work towards creating thinking, feeling and responsible adults from our adolescents.

John’s engaging style, combined with his ability to clearly define the issues that matter, go a long way towards helping parents to take back control whilst keeping some vital fun in the family.
This is a highly interactive workshop. It is both entertaining and insightful.
