love of painting and printmaking .He collaborated

book ALL IN A DAY
in 1986

|
| His
most recent publications have been a series
of subtle beautiful books written by Margaret
Wild.
These
tender picture books have been acclaimed
in many countries for their apparently simple
stories which are able to explore the deepest
emotions. The first of these was OLD
PIG a touching story of how to say
goodbye. ROSIE AND
TORTOISE published in 1998 is a perfect
book about how to say hello.
2000
saw the publication of the award-winning
and hugely popular FOX
- a mythical tale of love, friendship and
betrayal.

|
Teachers,
librarians and children of all ages find great depth and tenderness in these books
and are delighted to have Ron visit and
discuss how the books evolved.
