ANDREW WELDON

Andrew Weldon’s quirky sense of humour and skillful sketches have established him as a popular and widely published cartoonist. Like Terry Denton before him , Andrew studied architecture at Melbourne University before becoming more interested in cartooning. His talent in this area was soon in demand and his work has now featured in newspapers , magazines, greeting cards and childrens’ books.

His work has The Bulletin, on the Ink Group Cards and in many wo books THE KID WITH THE AMAZING HEAD and CLEVER TREVOR’S STUPENDOUS INVENTIONS both published by Penguin Books have been a great hit with students .

Andrew has recently started visiting schools , giving talks about his career path and taking workshops.
