KIRSTEN MURPHY

After travelling and studying overseas, she came back to Melbourne to complete her Bachelor of Arts (Professional Writing). She is currently studying screenwriting at RMIT and intends to one day write for television. Kirsten was a guest at 2001Õs Melbourne WritersÕ Festival and spoke too excellent reception at Booked Out's 2002 International Women's Day forum.

FEEDBACK:

"Kirsten was delightful! Her talk was appropriately targeted and covered the relevant things - development as a writer, publishing process and a reading from her book. The students enjoyed it immensely and responded really well to the humour in the text. She's a great role model for our young writers!"
